D'Angelo did it again! My son and I loaded up last Friday and went to the MAPA Pronk for the first time. We took D'Angelo and he did not disappoint. He received the following awards: - MABA Alpaca Celebration - 1st Place Mature White Males - White Male Color Championship - Reserve Champion White Male Walking Fleece - Judges Choice Male Haucaya - PAOBA Breeders Showcase - 1st Place Mature White Males - White Male Color Championship - Judges Choice Male Haucaya Attention: D'Angelo had a very productive weekend at the 2022 AOA Nationals. He is just so upright and macho with a beautiful head, coverage, etc. He started working this spring and will have his first crias on the ground early next year. His fleece is excellent – very uniform both within the staple and across his frame, so uniform that until relatively recently I thought he was by Oblivion. Staple length is moderate, he is a bit less bright than some other males and may lack a touch of hand – I am being extremely picky trying to find something negative to say about this male.
